Original roof tested for asbestos fibers which showed positive ⚠️
Proffesional Asbestos removal team were required to remove existing slates and dispose of.
Customer chose to replace with a more up to date and safer fibre cement slate.

Another one over the line with another happy customer.

🚨Liversedge re roof complete this past week.
Original slate was in fair condition so to keep the costs down we decided to re-use the existing and replace breakages.

🚨 Boston spa house formally owed by jeff boycott is now complete.

4 month project which was carefully planned due to the renovations to the 2nd floor been completed prior to our start. Leaks was not an option.

🚨 weekend project for private customer!
This property had an extention built. As you can see the roof pitch was below the recommended 16 degrees for velux to be installed.

Meaning this customer was continually getting water issues on rainy days.
Today we stopped that issue and replaced the tiled roof with a fully adheered fatra single ply system.

Firings to create new falls.
New rafters where required

What a house.

Client decided to keep original roof coverings which keeps that herritage appearance.

150m2 single ply lower roof extentions with lantern along with dormer pitch roofs all completed in fatra single ply systems.

Remove install breathable membrane and treated 50x25mm batten.
Re install Yorkshire stone slate.

Lead flashing to cheeks and front of dormers.

X7 double franed velux installed.

Absolute pleasure to put our name to this project.
