Old chimney had auto lead we changed with code 4 lead to insure no more leaks

Re roof this week for our team
We’ve recently done a nice bit of work for our customer so far but we’ve now decided to reroof the front of this property
We removed the pots re boarded the flat roof and installed a brand new one
Makes perfect sense to do the whole lot
The dorma is due a lovely face lift to finish

This is one of the reasons why having ivy or plants running up your house walls they eventually make there way to your roof area and this is the end result
Lucky for this lovely customer we saved the day and removed the ivy ,stripped 5 corse of slate out from the eve and renewed the laths and also installed eve support trays
Removed the ivy from the walls and made this roof look good again

Couple chimneys that needed some urgent work one was in such a unstable condition we had to drop it to half it’s size
We removed the old chimney pots and capped them both off

New gutter for one of our customers in the Morley area of Leeds
Lovely couple had a bad issue with water running down the wall the old wooden gutter has definitely served it’s purpose but it was time for a new one
We also changed the broken slates on the eve course as they was broke too
