Gas Fast is a family run plumbing and heating company that has been trading over 20 years. We install Gas Boilers throughout the country and carry out service and repairs to new and existing customers.

We are offering the chance to complete a Level 2 Customer Service apprenticeship with us whilst working as part of our team in our Castleford office.

This is a varied role in which you will be required to learn and carry out the following tasks;

-Answering the telephone, directing the call to the correct person or completing the call yourself
-Making Outbound calls to customers as directed by other members of staff
-Booking services into the engineers diary and keeping track of customers you may need to call again due to been unsuccessful in contacting them
-Geographical knowledge would be advantageous as the services are carried out throughout the country
-Taking card payments over the phone
-Speaking with engineers regarding installations previous/current and future
-Ordering materials via the merchants website and via phone
-Contacting customers after installation to confirm the service they received was excellent
-Processing finance applications with customers
-Speaking with sales reps regarding their sales

What we need:

-This apprentice must be confident in person and on the telephone, strong memory recall, must be passionate about the role and have a positive attitude towards work
-Ideally you will have a good basis of IT knowledge (Using programs such as Microsoft Office etc.)
Ideally you will have achieved level 4 (C Grade) or above in your core GCSE subjects (Maths & English)
-If you have just completed High School or College and you're looking to start your career with an office-based customer service apprenticeship then please apply below!

Telesales Staff required for Immediate Start in Castleford Wf10 Call Centre.

You will preferably have Telesales experience, although we do consider all applications.

You will be setting up appointments each day for the Field Sales Team to attend and close your leads.

You will be projecting anything between 100 and 200 outbound cold calls per day creating interest and confirming appointments for Home Improvements. We supply gas boiler installations.

BASIC -You will be paid a weekly basic anything between £250 and £350 every Friday
We are not looking for people that are happy to sit on a basic pay, you will be given COMMISSION and INCENTIVES because we are looking for people who are PERFORMANCE DRIVEN and MONEY HUNGRY.... Is this you?

COMMISSION - You will be paid £25 for every successful appointment you set furthermore you will be paid £50 Commission on all orders that convert and are installed
We are looking for people to be setting 8 appointments per week..... If you think you have the potential to do this, you should apply immediately

This is a fast paced selling environment, you will be working in a vibrant office and will be rewarded with your hard work.

Hours of work are;

FULL TIME: Monday to Thursday 10AM -7PM Friday 10AM-3PM

We do incentivise our staff with early finishes every day as soon as the board is set and the Field Sales Diaries are filled for the next working day, Your day is complete and can go home and remain on full basic pay!

Be able to work to tight deadlines
