A perfect mix of coriander seeds, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, star anise, mace blades, dried chillies, rose petals, black cardamom & nutmeg. All slow roasted together and ground up ready for our curries!

Wedding season is in full swing and our Gunpowder Cauliflower Nuggets are here for it. These tasty little beauties have been making their appearance as canapés and in hefty bowls for our Grand Thaali Sharing Feast.

Yesterday, as I walked (hobbled 😂) back to my van after closing up, I even had people calling out to me to say they loved their crepes 🩷💚🩷💚

I've just got sorted and settled in for a bit of rest in the van. Tired but delighted to be reunited with Casper & Penny who enjoyed their first stint at Broadlane Kennels. I'm tucking in to some delicious curry that my festival neighbours gave me yesterday. I also enjoyed tasy 'butter chicken' loaded fries and an incredible beetroot curry over the weekend. 🌰

The dogs will enjoy fun on the beach before heading back to their hotel when I return to beautiful Lawrenny for in a couple of days 🌞🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍🌈🌞
