Sean's journey with Transformation HQ began where so many others started: feeling stuck, frustrated, and ready for a change.

He'd been going through the motions.

Endless cardio and sporadic gym visits.

But despite having decent cardiovascular fitness, he just wasn't seeing results.

Walking into a gym felt like a guessing game.

Anna joined Transformation HQ after years of "deliberation."

Like so many others, she wanted a stronger, more toned body and was ready to do something for herself for a change.

"I'd watched younger friends join with amazing results and it encouraged me to give it a try myself."

But she had her hesitations.

Anna was concerned about the age gap and whether she could "cope" in a gym setting alongside younger members.

Her initial consultation with the head coach quickly put those fears to rest.

The head coach's approach was "positive and reassuring" he thoroughly explained the six-week journey.

He showed her the app, walked her through the private Facebook group, and pointed out the numerous success story posters lining the walls.

From that moment, Anna knew this was the right move.

The 6-Week Meltdown programme became the perfect foundation for Anna's journey.

This introductory programme is designed to help members shed fat, build strength, and understand the basics of weight training and nutrition—all in small, supportive groups with tailored support.

"I took on the initial guidance fully, I took photos, recorded weight and measurements, and embraced the food plan. I even decided to cut out wine—a box of wine sat in my fridge for five weeks, which was unheard of for me!"

Over six weeks, Anna's confidence grew.

She realised this journey was about more than just losing weight.

Her energy levels shot up, her mood improved, and she noticed her skin looked clearer and healthier.

"By the end of the six weeks, I felt and looked so different, my ability to walk for longer improved, and my mood lifted."

She lost nearly a stone during the 6-Week Meltdown, and these incredible results motivated her to push further.

After the 6-Week Meltdown, Anna transitioned into the 12-Week Shoot programme as part of her monthly rolling membership.

This next step was more challenging, involving four to five workouts a week and finishing in a professional photoshoot to capture her hard work.

"The shoot enabled me to push myself in ways I never thought possible. I still can't believe I can lift a 20kg bar with ease!"

The supportive atmosphere at Transformation HQ made all the difference in her journey.

"From the moment I joined the Facebook group, I felt connected. The instructors were—and still are—amazing at putting me at ease. It's cliché, but it's like a family."

"I now focus on what I can do to improve myself, physically and mentally."

"It's a whole new outlook, and it's still keeping me motivated months down the line!"

Since starting her journey with Transformation HQ, Anna has lost 25 pounds and completely transformed.
