Sarah will be holding regular sessions in the studio starting in January next year. Here’s a little bit about what she offers:

‘Are you into meditation? Mindfulness? A way to feel calm and relaxed?

Then hypnotherapy is definitely something you should try! (Even better if you bring a friend and experience it together 😉)

I run 45 minute sessions at Brampton Museum each month - this week it’s all about helping you switch off your overthinking and tips to help you worry less 💖

Next year I’ll be running 2 hour workshops to give you a little ‘me time’ with Haven Workshops in Leek’

I’ve had such a lovely response to my Big Leek Knitting Project! Thank you so much to everyone who has sent me squares or who has messaged to say they’re knitting or crocheting for it!
I’ll be continuing to accept squares right the way through Nov and up to around the 15th of December so please do keep going!!
As well as dropping them off at you can also drop them off at Haregate Community Centre if that’s easier for you 😊

Amy and I started on the task of sewing some of them together tonight in Craft Club, thanks so much Amy for helping me!
Wren and Heidi also painted some great rocks and Jo made a hanging heart from vintage fabrics. ❤️
I’d also had a lovely little one to one sewing session with Bella who learnt a few different embroidery stitches and then made a sweet needle case from felt and buttons!

Morning everyone! Happy Wednesday!

Christmas is now underway at Haven Workshops!
On the run up to Christmas I’m running some lovely Workshops at my studio in Leek and also at Keep It Local Dept Store in Hanley and Artisanity in Congleton.
All my Workshops focus on slowing down, unwinding and enjoying a few hours creating and having some time for yourself!
You don’t need any experience to come along and everything will be provided for you.

I also run Preschool Play with Clay/ Toddler Craft sessions on Mon and Fri mornings 9-11.30am at the Wow Hub in Leek. These sessions are included in the price of Open Play, you can book online at www.leekwowhub.co.uk

PLUS My Clay Club starts this Saturday at 10am and 11.15am.
Come along and create with Air Dry Clay, you’ll be amazed how addictive it is!!

Preschool Play with Clay and crafting now every Monday and Wed morning 9-11.30am. The session is included on the price of the Open Play session at Wow Hub.
Junior After School Craft Club Fridays 4-5pm From £6. Includes a drink and a biscuit. This week we’re making Bug Hotels! 🏨 🐛
Sat 10-11am Clay Club Ages 5-12yrs. £8 per child must be accompanied by an adult.

We have a BIG announcement!! Yep we will be selling our cupcake flowers and cupcake & sprinkles every Thursday, Friday & Saturday!!
You choose, a single cupcake or a box of 4,6 or 12 to take home for the rest of the family and friends!! It’s all happening down at the hub!! Come down and join us at La Petite Frog Cupcake Bouquets cake shed Leek Wow Hub on the first floor. Just follow the frogs and you will find our little cake shed. What more can we ask for Cake and play!! 🐸💐💚🧁

This week is looking very exciting at The Haven!

My first Preschool Play with Clay/ Crafting session held downstairs at The Hub went so well today and so I’ll be back there again this coming Friday 9-11.30am and now on every Monday and Friday morning.
Just pay for Open play at Leek Wow Hub and the session is included in the cost.

Then on Wed at 4.30-6pm it’s my second Kids Sewing Club of the month and at 6.30-8pm it’s Teen/Adult Craft Club.
On Friday it’s After School Craft Club for ages 5 and over- this week we’ll be making Bug Houses.

And then on Saturday there’s my first morning of Clay Club!
There will be 2 sessions, the first is for ages 5-12 years (an adult will need to accompany each child) and the second is for anyone over 12 years.
Any adults accompanying children can pay for a place and create alongside their child or come along at no charge and help with their project!

You can make a range of different items using tools, cutters, stamps and embellishments.
Why not make something personalised to give as a Christmas present?!
You’ll also be able to return another week to paint your clay piece if you like.

I’ve had such a lovely morning playing with clay and making rainbow pictures with the little people at 🧒🏻
It was my first day of bringing Preschool crafting downstairs into the main play centre and it really worked.
It means little ones can play then come and craft and then play again!
It’s easier for Mums if they have more than one child with them and also saves them carrying little ones up the stairs!
I’ll be back now on Friday morning with more of the same 9-11.30am so hope to see you there!

Morning everyone!
I’m really sorry but I’ve got to cancel my final date of the year at The Glost House Longton this coming Thursday 14th and also I’ll need to rearrange my Felt and Fabric Decoration session in Leek on Nov 20th.
This is due to some family matters that I need to be around for.
I just want to say a huge thank you to Ann from who has stayed open late for me over this last few months to be able to run my sessions and who has looked after us all with her wonderful hospitality and not forgetting her amazing cakes!
I’ll be looking at dates today to move my Leek Workshop to and will post in the next few days

I’ll be downstairs in the Hub this morning where you can join me making Rainbow pictures or join in with Play with Clay! Your little one will be able to take their creations home with them!

From this Monday I’ll be introducing Play with Clay to my Preschool Craft Sessions!
ALSO I’ll now be holding these sessions downstairs in during Monday and Friday Open Play sessions!
You can either book online at www.leekwowhub.co.uk or turn up on the day! The cost of my session is now included in a normal Open Play session.
Your little one will have a choice of things to make, the Craft theme will change each week and they’ll also be able to make a little air dry clay masterpiece that they can take home with them!
