Living with diabetes isn't easy. Many times, we may feel like no one understands. We may also feel embarrassed when having to take insulin or wear diabetes tech. That's why this , we encourage you to talk. Opening up could ensure you get help with diabetes if you need it. 💙

At the Diabetes Together conference we heard from the incredible Jack Trigger. In 2018, he raced solo for the first time in the Route du Rhum as the youngest competitor and the first with T1D – finishing 8th out of 123 competitors.

What an incredible 4 days at the Diabetes Together conference. We attended talks from Tim Tree, Partha Kar, Simran Bal, Ian Cuddihy, Katy Sparrow & Jack Trigger.
We met people from Abbot, Dexcom, JDRF, League of Diabetes, Omnipod, Medtronic, Digibete and Diabetes UK.
So many inspirational people coming together for support, advice, guidance, technology and well being.
