Today, we want to raise awareness about something that affects us all, whether it’s through a loved one or our own experiences. Mental health matters, and it’s important that we continue to support each other.

Our inbox is open today from 10am - 6pm, whether you need someone to talk to or if you’re looking for help and resources. We are here to listen, provide support, and signpost you to services that may help.

We also have our Wellbeing Booklet available for free download which contains valuable information for anyone who may be struggling at this time. You are not alone, and it’s okay to ask for help.

Will you be joining us for our 11th Annual Awards?

We want to give a huge thank you to the SMP Alliance team for partnering with us to help organize our donation garage for our Anti-Poverty Project. They installed new racks for better storage and helped get everything sorted so we can continue making a meaningful impact in our community. We’re not sure they knew what they were getting themselves into, but their help made a world of difference!

Their team also made a generous donation of £450 worth of essential items, including food, toiletries, and sleeping bags to support those facing challenging times. This incredible contribution reflects their commitment to giving back and supporting those who need it most.

Our Anti-Poverty Project donates essential items like clothes, toiletries, and dry goods to those who need them the most. Please get in touch if you or someone you know needs help – we’re here to support.

A massive shoutout to Victoria's team and the collaboration with BAM UK and Ireland, SMP Alliance, Morgan Sindall Infrastructure, Forkers Ltd & Forkers Scotland Ltd for their teamwork and generosity!

Knife On The Table By produced and presented by Jonathan Brown
Is a new Bruntwood-longlisted play about gangs, love and family, and communities battling ambition, poverty and identity will be showcasing between 5th- 26th October showing at Cockpit Marylebone.

Free workshops for young people also available untill 29th September as mentioned in previous post.

Congratulations to them also hitting their Gofundme target to help support their production cost for the 'Knife On the Table project'

This will be an amazing play, not to be missed! ❤️

offering Five Free All-day workshops (for 10-17 yr olds)in Street Dance & Theatre, alongside professionals, & leading to a performance.

Any young person in London can take part!

These FREE Workshops partially explore the themes of the company’s play, about friendship, love, loyalty, gang culture, family, unpicking the factors that lead to gang involvement,
& helping young people make good choices. 
There are still 3 workshop dates on the 21st, 28th, 29th September at the Sands End Arts & Community centre. Contact them to sign up!

Today marks the 11yr anniversary for Antoin. It still feels like a distance reality unreal, but pain brings it into a reality. Always in our hearts, Antoin and your legacy lives on through the many lives you have had such an impact on, along with your work influencing positive change to those all around you.
