Outstanding Achievement Award to Ram Kumar (Coordinator-Quality and Development Projects,University of Leicester). We are now in the History of Total Quality management in Education. We have successfully pioneered Quality circles in the UK Higher Education system.. Credits to the whole Quality Circle team(Aga Florek Elmante Kisieliute Qamar Khan Sebastian Sfat Varun Seenevas Janos Toth). Our sincere thanks to the management, mentor and all those who supported us in this endeavour. We have a lot more to achieve and contribute.
