How many of these can you identify with?
Vegetables are rich in so many essential vitamins and minerals, most people are just not getting enough in their diet.
Most of these symptoms are very common and I see people in my clinic almost every day with more than 1 symptoms.
You should be eating a minimum of 6-8 portions a day for optimal health, that’s on average 500g a day.

💜I love a good smoothie💜
Smoothies are a great way to get some goodness into your body, great for post workouts too.
I recommend these to my clients all the time as part of their healthy diet plans.
It’s a great way to increase your dietary intake of fruit and vegetables.
You should aim to eat 6 portions of vegetables and 2 portions of fruit a day.
Opt for low sugar fruits such as berries to avoid blood sugar spikes.

Forming new habits or giving up unhealthy habits can seem overwhelming but try applying the 9/21/90 days rule which has proven to be successful.
Start by doing something consistently for 9 days and it should get easier, continue to 21 days and you are well on your way to successfully giving up a bad habit or starting a new healthy habit. Then increase to 90 days to make a lifetime habit.

3 years of hard work, numerous assignments, theory exams and practical assessments meant that I came away with a deep knowledge and understanding of how our body functions and the natural ability it has to heal itself given the right environment.

It was by far one of the most rewarding and best decisions of my life, I stepped outside my comfort zone and took on the challenge to follow my passion for natural health and using food as medicine, which has been around throughout the ages.

Nutritional therapy uses the art and science of healing that addresses the mind, body and spirit to prevent disease and promote optimal health. It digs deep to find the root cause of symptoms to address them with a personalised nutritional plan designed for each individual, consisting of dietary and lifestyle recommendations and if required nutritional supplements.

My main areas of expertise are hormonal health, peri-menopause, menopause, gut related health issues.
