Accelerators speed up the tanning process whilst moisturising and nourishing your skin. Perfect for regular use with indoor tanning to achieve the perfect glow all year round.

Bronzers come in different levels of intensity, our favourite and most widely used contain DHA, this reacts with the skin cells on the skins surface, creating a brown tint, these takes several hours to develop and wash away after a few days, great if you want an extra boost of colour for a special event or a holiday. Others contain natural or cosmetic bronzers and these will give you an instant colour but wash off with soap and water and can leave stains on hands and clothes.

Tingles create an intense sensation on your skin, stimulate blood flow and oxygen to your skin cells and increase melanin production. Tingles are recommended for experienced tanners that want to break through and take their tan to the next level. However, some people can find them too uncomfortable, experience skin reactions and irritation so we would always recommend doing a patch test on a small area before using one of these products.

Exfoliating unclogs pores, filters toxins and can help with cellulite. Exfoliating also removes dead skin cells, which prevents uneven skin tone and helps to make your skin balanced to achieve an even tan.

Dry skin will reflect light and create a barrier, preventing your skin from absorbing the light from the tanning bed and you won’t be achieving your deepest tan. So by simply keeping your skin moisturised, you are able to absorb UVA and UVB faster for a deeper, more developed and longer-lasting tan.

Remove any makeup and avoid wearing any heavy perfumes or deodorants to get the most out of your tanning sessions x

New to tanning? Here are some tips ☀️

At Glow, we like to provide as much choice as we can to give a personalised tanning experience to every individual.

We have 4 lay downs and 2 stand ups. Each bed has its own unique tanning technology.

Speak to one of our friendly team who can advise you on the best bed for your skin type to start off with.

We recommend to start with no more than 5 minutes and build up your times gradually.

It’s best to switch between beds and tanning lotions to achieve the deepest darkest tan

Make sure you include both lay down and stand ups into your tanning routine to keep your tan lovely and even 🧡
