Towards the end of last year, I had to make the decision to give up mobile as I was having too many problems with my back. I now work from home in Bamber Bridge.

I absolutely love my job. In fact it's not a job, it's an absolute love & my life.
Being a Beauty Therapist was all I wanted to be from around 12 years of age. Back then beauty wasn't even a real thing, in the respect that there was only a couple of salons in Preston but none in little villages or small towns. I knew I wanted to work with people, to make them feel better & pamper them, so fast forward 28 years of me doing this I am a very happy lady 😊

The other day I went to a new client's where I did adults & 2 young girls nails. Just I was leaving the eldest young girl presented me with a poster they had made. My heart leapt ❤️ I was truly blown away. The afternoon with them had been so lovely & to go away with a handmade gift was just wonderful. These moments really mean the whole & why I love my job 😊

After years of turning my back on LVL (lash lift/ tint), I am SO pleased I did a refresher & gave it another go.
I absolutely love the results, which equals happy clients.

Clients who love a lash tint that tints the lower lashes too are alternating, so every 4 weeks, it's a tint, then 8 weeks LVL. We are finding this is a nice little routine.

I get asked a lot about how regularly you should have Dermaplaning & I give my honest answer. It all depends on the individual.

I do Dermaplaning as regularly as every month.

These clients have it because they have peach fuzz & love the feeling of silky smooth skin.

I also have clients who have pigmentation or scaring that are seeing huge improvements in the texture of their skin.

I have clients who are smokers who have dry skin, so they love the feeling of fresh skin.

I have the clients who want their skin care products to work more effectively as removing the build-up of dead skin allows products to pe*****te more effectively.

I have clients who just love a pamper & know the importance of good skin care & glowing skin.

BUT this does not have to be every month if that does not suit you.
If you only want Dermaplaning a few times a year or for a special occasion, that is absolutely fine & I would never push a client to have treatments more than they'd want.

The picture shows a client who has Dermaplaning every month. She doesn't have peach fuz, so this is more about removing the layers of dead skin.

What an amazing LVL & tint. Also, a brow timt wax & shape.

I am so very grateful for how busy I am & how many new client's I have but it is meaning where I could generally offer appointments with a few days notice in some cases, I am booked around 2/3 weeks in advance at the moment, especially due to all the bank holiday's.
I have always done my utmost to fit people in & absolutely hate turning any client down, but I am finding I am having to turn a lot of people away due to how busy I am.

I am kindly suggesting that if you know you have a specific date in mind like a holiday/occasion, then please get booked in, well in advance. There is always the chance I get a cancellation or a quieter day, so it is worth asking, but to avoid disappointment, I am advising booking ahead.

I have started turning my phone's notifications off at the weekends, late evening's & bank holiday's, any messages/enquiries will be answered on the next working day.

What a fantastic week. I absolutely LOVE my job & feel so lucky to do such pampering, relaxing, treatments to a wonderful clientele; I really am blessed. This week I have put 4 client's to sleep while doing facials 🤣 & I have to say, I do a little fist pump as it makes me so happy that my client's feel so relaxed. 1 client got on the bed & said 'oh my gosh it's warm, that's heaven' The little extras that make the difference to their experience.

I launched my LVL Lash lift & Tint after falling out of love with it a few years ago. After going on a refresher I have my passion back, & WOW, what results 😲 so many happy client's.
I do need to perfect my photography skills to get the best picture as some don't do justice 🙊

You can see from the pictures, I have done a variety of lashes & lengths & thickness, which affects the results, but all a success. A few client's also had a brow tint a wax giving the ultimate EYE POPPING treatment.

You will relax in a heated bed with soothing music & candles.
The treatment begins with a luxurious rose spritz. A superficial cleanse is followed by a deep cleanse with exfoliating brushes, rollers & a rose quartz roller. Your skin will then be prepped for the dermaplaning. By removing dead layers of skin & peach fuzz your skin will not only look amazing & feel heavenly, you will be refreshing dull winter skin. Any skin products will work more effectively as they don't have the layers of dead skin inhibiting them. Your collagen production will increase as well as cell renewal & makeup will look so much better.
After the dermaplaning, a facial massage with hand blended essential oils is performed, incorporating lymph drainage techniques & pressure point work. A facial mask for your skin is applied with warm eyepads. Allowing the mask to nourish the skin, an upper chest, shoulder, neck & upper arm & scalp massage is performed. The treatment is concluded with a Vitamin E oil & sunblock.

Just look at what can be removed from your skin. It really is a wonderful treatment.

I am very excited to be reintroducing lash lifting. Products have been ordered, so as soon as they land, I'll be able to make your eyes POP 😊
Patch test required

So I'd posted that I'm reintroducing LASH LIFTING & TINT - I am looking at a full day allowing an hour per appointment either Saturday 18th March OR Saturday 1st April at my home in Bamber Bridge. Which ever date gets the most requests will be the date. Patch tests would be done the week commencing 13th March or week commencing 27th March. A deposit of £15 will secure the appointment.
