Fran had already had her brand colour palette curated by the lovely Caro at and was now at the right stage in her business for a logo to complete her brand identity. Working with me means you never just get one logo so a full logo suite was curated for Fran. In total with all the different colourways Fran received over 60 files!

I created a primary and secondary logo for versatility (one landscape and one more portrait orientation) as well as a brand icon in 3 of her brand colours.

Perfect for her growing coaching business.

Hey everyone…….it's finally time to properly introduce myself as we're gearing up for our very first wedding here at Nuddock Wood Lake – and let me tell you, the excitement is palpable! 🙌🏻

With over 15 years of experience in the world of luxury styling, I've had the incredible opportunity to work with prestigious resorts, show homes, and a variety of commercial and residential properties throughout Florida. It's been a journey filled with creativity, passion, and the joy of transforming spaces into stunning works of art.

As I ventured into the realm of weddings and events, it felt like the most natural progression for me. Drawing on my wealth of experience, I pursued international certification as a wedding planner, eager to bring my unique touch to the world of love and celebration 🤍

And now, I'm beyond thrilled to be part of the Nuddock Wood Lake family, where I get to apply my expertise in high-end styling to curate beautifully decorated weddings while also orchestrating seamless coordination for your special day.

An unfortunate loss today but it was a good 90 minute run out for the ladies with some great passages of play. HBW dominated the majority of the game with our well-drilled formation, so lots of positives to take from the match. The Brand Design Boutique is now on holiday until Monday 14th August!

After a busy, busy few months it’s time to down tools and spend time with family in France.

My husband’s family own a lovely property there and we’ve been every year at least once (apart from 2 Covid years) for the last 18 years. It’s in the middle of nowhere in a little hamlet with just a handful of houses, a farm with cows, chickens and goats and our two teenage daughters absolutely love it - surprising considering there’s no wi-fi and barely a 3G signal 😅. They adore the local wild cats that we feed while we’re there (anywhere between 10 and 15!) who they have given names to. (Grateful to our cat sitters at home looking after our 2!)

So nice to have a digital detox once in a while and we certainly get that while we’re there.

Typography….

One of my favourite aspects of the whole brand identity process is selecting appropriate fonts for the logo and also complementary fonts for your marketing material.

For your main logo I like to customise the font in some way too so that it’s completely unique to you.

A font can convey so much.

Introducing my new service - brand identity audits!

The third and final post dedicated to Julie Leam's new brand identity!

The design elements overview is another part of the brand presentation that I send to you to showcase every aspect of your brand identity. This just really helps showcase how it all links together.

And there was you thinking you just needed one logo! A whole suite like this sets businesses apart - makes them appear professional, draws in their ideal audience to find out more and most importantly makes you feel confident in your brand.

Further elements here from 's new branding.

This secondary logo in a circular format incorporates the same J and L used in the main logo. Secondary logos can be used when the space available is perhaps limited horizontally. This one would also look great in a sticker format, on packaging or as a social media profile image. The lines going around the circle have the same little additions at either end of the line, as appeared in Julie's primary logo, for consistency.

There were 2 styles of brand marks provided to Julie. The mandala from the primary logo and a vertical rectangle with soft rounded corners - all presented in the 3 main colours from Julie's brand (brand colour palette and IG branding devised by .gardner).

The business card mock up is part of the brand presentation that I create for each client, where I show the brand in real-life environments as it often helps us visualise how it will come across.

Brand reveal for - loved working with Julie to create her new brand identity.

As a solution-focussed hypynotherapist Julie had already had her Instagram branding curated by the lovely .gardner so her colour palette and general brand tone had been set.

The brand needed to have a sense of calm and trustworthiness - the main font used here with its thin, delicate strokes represents the delicacy and perhaps vulnerability of the client as they come to their first hypnotherapy session with Julie.

The stronger, contrasting sans serif font for "Hypnotherapy" represents strength and resilience which is where the clients want to be when they have completed their sessions.

The "L" which supports "EAM" represents the support that Julie gives to her clients and the matching line below Julie just balances this out perfectly.

A minimalist mandala has been used for the icon. Mandalas represent the universe - finding a balance in all elements: peace, harmony, love, happiness and wealth. They can also be used as an aid to meditation, which involves a similar state of relaxation to hypnotherapy.
