Liz also specialises in assisting Stroke patients and individuals with various Neuro conditions. Additionally, Liz is a skilled Structural BodyWorker and has received extensive training in Scar Therapy.​

Liz has a particular interest in women's health and well-being, especially during the postpartum and peri-menopausal years. She offers specialised Scar Therapy treatments for C-sections and provides Post Natal checks, advice, and a Physio-led Pilates class for post-partum women. Recently, Liz completed training in Menopause Movement to offer support for women going through this stage of life.
