The little green round cushion is my meditation cushion…. The appearance of a beautiful day encouraged me to check in on myself…. So at the end of my morning activities…. (I’m a creature of routine) I made some space and put on the timer and some bamboo flute music…. Closed my eyes and HOW AMAZING!!! 5 mins done 🌈

I don’t post too often on here…. But I really want to thank those who come to my classes…. I only do 2 classes a week as to keep them authentic and genuine… if I see u once a week or once a month? I’m ok with that!!! I GOT YOU ♥️

Cold water exposure is the BEST thing I have did for myself in the last 3 years!!!! It allowing me to take back control ♥️

Didn’t we have such FUN with this modified Salabasana and as we delved into it further we gave permission for it to morph into a modified chin stand…. Guys have a fabulous bank holiday and maybe join me on Monday night 7pm ❤️
