Raf coffee was first prepared in the mid-1990s in the Moscow coffee shop Coffee Bean. One of the regular guests named Raphael asked to prepare coffee according to his personal recipe. Soon, visitors began to order coffee "like at Rafa's", and later the name was simplified to one already familiar word "raf".

Glyase is a cold drink based on coffee with the addition of ice cream. A glass beaker or a wine glass is usually used as a dish.

Americano was invented by Italians who faced an influx of American soldiers during World War II. American soldiers ordered coffee, but Italian espresso was not to their liking: the cup was too small, and the taste was too rich.

It happened in 1901, the mechanism for obtaining espresso was invented by Luigi Bezzera. The steam produced by the machine was used to whip milk. As a result, a drink was obtained, the combination of colors of which was very reminiscent of the shades of clothing of Capuchin monks - dark brown and white. Hence the name cappuccino.

The name "ice coffee" first appeared in the 20s of the 20th century, when an aggressive marketing campaign for the drink was conducted by the United Coffee Advertising Committee in the United States. Later, ice coffee entered the menu of large fast food chains: Burger King, Dunkin' Donuts, Starbucks.
