Here at Feelgood we do Active Self care sessions with Heart. With 11 years experience of teaching within the community together with specialist experience and qualifications in teaching those with health conditions, we aim to put you at your ease. 2022 schedule to follow.

I have been teaching movement and exercise since 2011. I teach on behalf of Parkinson's UK. I have a level 4 specialist qualification in teaching those with Diabetes as well as being L3 qualified in Yoga, Exercise Referral and Pilates. Next week I am doing Trauma Informed Restorative Yoga qualification. I have taught on behalf of the City Council since 2011.
