A fantastic day at Liverpool Walton as we welcomed our newest Senior Soldier member, Abigail, and dedicated a baby boy. God is blessing this church! Our teenagers are stepping out and committing themselves to him in many different ways. We also thank him for the constant renewal of life in our church and give back by the dedication of this beautiful baby boy. Good things are happening in this place!

🍓 Liverpool Walton Band at Strawberry Field 🍓
Yesterday, our band had the privilege of performing a programme of music on the bandstand at Strawberry Field as part of their Summer Sounds Music concerts. What a blessing it was to spread Joy, Peace and Happiness to those who came along to listen. Our band have been playing in the gardens of Strawberry Field since the 1930’s, and it’s amazing that they can still spread God’s message on those grounds through their music playing.

At last we have started our ESOL classes on Wednesdays at 9:30am and 1:00pm. There are still a few more places available so why not get a head start before September!!

Last Tuesday our dementia friendly Singing By Heart Group gathered 1:30-3pm. Lots of favourites sung and a cream tea shared. Our next one is 🎶TUESDAY 2nd JULY at 1:30pm🎶
Please share with anyone who would benefit from this lovely time together. There is no cost to attend.

Come and see Liverpool Walton band play Summer Sounds at the iconic Strawberry Field. We’re playing live on the Strawberry Field Bandstand at 2pm on 8th June.

Come along with your deck chairs and join us to enjoy the music in their famous gardens where John Lennon once played as a child.

Entry is free but donations to support Strawberry Field are welcome.

Our dementia friendly Singing By Heart Group is on Tuesday 4th June at 1:30 -3pm. Golden oldies and classic favourites are hits with the group! Please share with anyone who would benefit from this lovely time together followed by refreshments. There is no cost to attend.

Another lovely walk in Walton Hall Park this afternoon at our 1pm Wednesday weekly wellbeing walk. We even did a bit of litter picking too! It’s good to see the baby ducklings growing too 🦆
Thanks to Josh (LCC) and Ray for guiding us around for 40 mins 😊 and then back for cookies and coffee, and fruit and healthy refreshing drinks 🥤

Diamond Art is today 1-3pm and every Wednesday. Come and relax and enjoy this therapeutic craft in good company with lovely refreshments. Everything is FREE!!

Don’t forget our wellness walk 👣tomorrow at 1pm followed by free healthy refreshing drinks 🥤 cuppa & snacks in the hub coffee shop ☕️

A fabulous but very wet start to our Wednesday 1pm Wellbeing Walk. Despite the rain, 9 of us ventured out for 40 minutes. It was warm and good to get some exercise and see the baby duckling. All followed by healthy summer refresher drinks, fruit bowl, coffee, tea and cookies in The Hub 😊 Thanks Josh from LCC and Ray from our church for leading the way! Same time next week for anyone who would like to join us.

Playbox is our babies to preschool play group and we have spaces available on Wednesdays and Thursdays (term time) 9:30 - 11:00am.
£1.50 per child including snack time and a cuppa for the adults.

FREE exercise class. It’s summertime and it’s time to get moving, burn calories and tone up with Kazhal.
Come along on Tuesdays at 10:15-11am. Individual support is also available. Come to chat through how to get started with looking after ourselves better.

Local Police Community drop in this Monday morning (20th) between 10am-12pm. Come along for a chat over a a cup of tea or coffee and share any concerns or questions.

Who loves to walk ? … or really should get out walking more?! 👣👣👣
We are starting a ‘Wellbeing Walk’ at 1pm on Wednesdays (from 22nd May) and there is a FREE fold up 480ml water bottle for everyone who comes walking!
It is open to all ages including those in pushchairs, prams, and wheelchairs.
Josh who is a physical activity and sports activator from LCC will take you around Walton Hall Park and back to our centre for free refreshments!
Let’s hope the sun shines ☀️… if not, bring a brolly! ☂️

As a number of our young people and students are sitting their exams, please remember to keep them in your thoughts and prayers. Several of them are sitting their SAT's (Primary School), GSCE's (High School), A-Levels (College) and University Finals, as well as a range of other qualifications.
We pray that God will provide them with perfect peace, clarity of thought and strength over the coming weeks and months.

We have 2 different levels on Monday morning and Wednesday morning, both 9:30am -11:30am.
