Our Borough local special is one for cheese and chorizo lovers - that’s everyone right?

We’ve collaborated with to bring the finest Spanish chorizo to this burger, which they’ve been sourcing for more than 30 years.

The Ogleshield Raclette cheese has been sourced from Borough Market, which is bang opposite our restaurant. It’s the West Country’s take on Swiss raclette, made with beautifully rich milk from Jersey cows and is a great melter.

We butcher our own beef, we make our burgers from scratch every day, and we chop not mince our beef so they eat more like a steak and retain more flavour. We think this makes a Great British Burger - are you with us?
