JVIL is a London based company giving land owners all their options when selling their land
Joint Ventures In Land has just submitted its latest planning application in the Braintree District area. An outline application for 9 detached dwellings.
We are always looking for more plots of land where we are able to add value. Any land owners, or land sourcers operating within the Essex area, please get in contact.
We are looking for land with out planning consent please.
I am happy to announce we have received planning consent for 17 bungalows. Earlier this month the section 106 was approved and we now look forward to dealing with the reserved matters.
A big thank you to the team for all your hard work. I look forward to working with you all on the next one!
Last week we submitted our first pre-app of the year. 28 homes for the Great Notley area. We look forward to discussing our scheme with Braintree District council later this month.
Interesting to see more then 15% of English Councils have had their planning powers limited, even though they have been given 4 months leeway with their targets because of Covid
More than 15% of English councils see planning powers limited after failing to meet housing targets Around 50 local authorities in England will have their planning powers curtailed after failing to meet the government’s housing delivery target test, with the worst performers in the South East
Happy new year everyone and what a start to the new year for JVIL. We have just exchanged contracts on another site in the Braintree district area. We plan to submit a pre-app in the coming months for 3 homes. We hope to have more details in the near future.
Another target means another opportunity
Is government’s 10% target for self and custom-build homes realistic? | The Planner Setting ambitous targets for custom-built homes could backfire without the structures in place to support a scaling up of the market, argues Chris Hemmings
We recently submitted a planning application for 17 bungalows to Braintree Council. The local neighbourhood plan asks for bungalows so we believe our application will be well received.
What do you think of the design?
Last week we submitted our first pre-app of the year. A brownfield site where we are looking to demolish the existing residence & build 22 Bungalows.
Looking forward to sitting down with Braintree Council to discuss.

Spotlight: Mainstream Residential Property Forecasts – 9 March 2021 2021 will be a complex year, with competing forces having different impacts on the housing market over the course of the year. But government support, the easing of social distancing restrictions, and low interest rates underpin our forecast for 4.0% price growth
Interesting to see that just like last year a third of local authorities have failed their housing delivery test
