Behold, Pannenhuis Station.

Found on line 6 of the Brussels metro. Pannenhuis Station was commissioned in 1982 as part of an artistic policy of expanding art and creativity across Brussels. There are over 60 train stations in the city each with their own distinct artistic installation.

Interestingly, this magnificent station’s namesake was actually a 17th century ‘Inn’; famed for playing host to Leopold the 1st and Emperor Napoleon (although he probs was not an emperor at the time).

Bizarrely, I am struggling to find who designed Pannenhuis station, can anyone help me out?

So, I haven’t really posted much about these; but I have loads of them, they are amazing and they are in loads of different colour combos (far more than in these pics).

These bags are made out of 100% ♻️ plastic found on the beaches and streets of bali; they are then washed, stripped and woven into the fabulous bags you see in these images.

I think I’ll sell them for £15 - £30, depending on their size. There are small, medium & big. Please let me know if you like to see more colours and I’ll send you some more pics.
