THE STRAWBERRY COLLECTION
The sweetness of Dalat strawberry is a fresh and succulent soft sweetness. The biggest challenge when creating flavors with fresh strawberries is how to keep the original soft sweetness in different versions.

The way we combine ingredients with fresh strawberries is nothing new beyond traditional chocolate and vanilla, but the ratio of each ingredient in the recipe is what matters most. A standard fruit gateaux at Harukaze is carefully calculated with the amount of homemade strawberry jam and the number of fresh strawberry slices in the cake to balance the natural sweetness.

No matter which strawberry cake flavor you choose, the taste experience opens with overflowing strawberries, a layer of fresh cream, and then a strawberry jam spread on each layer of soft, moist cake.
