Happy🌼Midsummer! Yesterday was the summer solstice, the longest day of the year. That is being celebrated all over Sweden tomorrow with herring and strawberry cake, not on the same plate though. We don’t have herring here but strawberry cakes we have plenty.

Londoners 👋🏼 a fresh batch of gingerbread dough has been packed you. The recipe we use is over 100 years old, well tried and tested so you should do well with it. Richly spiced with ginger, cloves, cinnamon, black pepper and a hint of orange.
