What does a happy life mean to you?
So what if you fail?
To be an expert at something, you have to do it alot and fail along the way. But that isn't what your Anxiety wants you to think.
Anxiety trys to tell you that things must always be "perfect" and you need to get it right on the first go.
Anxiety says, if you don't do it right, thats it game over.
This is bo****ks.
Anxiety just wants to prevent you. It will always prevent you from harm (which is a good thing), on the the other hand, it can prevent you from something you want to do.
Here are a few truths that reduce Anxietys power:
1) Failures are apart of life and growth.
2) You are imperfect.
3) So is everyone else. (thats life).
So what if you're afraid to fail today or tomorrow! go out and do it anyway.
Afterwards check in on your Anxiety, and see how powerful it is now?.

Do you ever feel like you’re your own worst enemy? if so, your not alone.
A lot of people have a love hate relationship with themselves.
On one hand, they know they can be their own best friend. They know that they can depend on themselves to get things done and be there for themselves, when need be.
On the other hand, many people find it difficult to forgive themselves for their mistakes, except compliments, or be kind to themselves when they’re feeling down.
If this sounds like you, don’t worry - there are ways to make peace with yourself.
You can learn to love yourself, and become your own best friend!
How long does it take to break a negative habit or a negative behaviour pattern as some refer to it as.
To Break a bad habit, research suggests it may take anywhere between 18-254 days.
Everyone of us had or has had a negative habit.
Common examples are: Procrastination, Overspending, Nail biting, Unhealthy eating, Not getting enough sleep, Drinking to much alcohol, Not exercising, Wasting time, Perfectionism, Multitasking and Smoking.
Here are some tips to overcome these habits:
1), Have a compelling, Crystallised well defined reason in your mind for the habit you want to break?
2), Identify the reward and try to replace the routine with something that gives you a similar reward?
3), Remove as much access as you possible can.
4), Simply start off with a 30 day challenge, rather then go cold turkey permanently!
These tips come from my own personal experience.
How can we train our minds to overcome fear?
Here are a few tips:
- Accept it
- Identify it
- Face it
- Own your discomfort
- Start feeling comfortable with the discomfort
- Practice Mindfulness techniques/exercises
- Use Visualisation techniques/exercises
- Make time for movement
- Practise self-care each and everyday
Fear can be crippling for some of us, we must take action now!

A Life Coach is someone who can help you see where your life is right now while also helping you to create a vision of where they want to go, working closely together creating a plan to get there.

What is happiness?, it’s something we all want and deserve. How many of us know how to achieve it?. Material wealth is not the answer. Yes, we live in a materialistic world, but come on, having loads of material goods does not bring contentment and inner peace, which are the foundation for a happy life.
Gratitude is such a powerful practice. It eliminates fear and invites abundance.
Incorporate it into your daily routine and see how your mindset changes.
Do whatever is working for yourself and don’t listen to others. Someone will always have something to say, whatever the outcome.
It doesn’t matter if others like it.
The only thing that truly matters, how we feel on the inside.
Keep pushing on and don’t let no one or nothing stand in your way.
