Hello it's been a while since I have posted.
I will be making some brownie Christmas wreaths.
This is a gooey dark chocolate brownie with pieces of lindor inside and salted caramel. On top you can see a white milky Nido cream with some berries, lindor chocolates and beijinho (Brazilian coconut truffles).

This was a chocolate cake with a chocolate brigadeiro and 4 letches and hazelnut praliné filling.

This cake was a vanilla sponge, with chocolate brigadeiro, nido brigadeiro and fresh strawberries.

A little Alice cake with pipped flowers. This was a vanilla cake with dulce de letche filling with Walnuts and Nido cream filling. This was finished with a vanilla swiss merengue buttercream.
