Not skiing this year makes us sad in part for missing out on all the delicious Alpine food. Nevertheless, we've been getting our fix with this interpretation of a raclette - this creamy, earthy and nutty cheese is heaven whether you're melting it in a cheese toastie or eating as it is.

We’re so on board for a cheese that describes itself as having the bite of Epoisses and Langres; the creaminess of Brie and Camembert; and the languid blue of Dolcelatte or a young Gorgonzola. Yes yes yes. On the stall today and selling like hot cakes!
