If you came in today you would have seen that the counter is now 90% cheese, so it’s understandable that some are feeling a little stuck on what to pick for their festive selection! 😅🧀
I thought I’d do a run down of each of our three top favourites - and this is mine!
✨🧀✨ first cheese up is the ‘Brixton Blue’ from , this cultured almond cheese is a guaranteed winner for the blue lovers in your life! This pungent, Stilton-esque blue will feel right at home on a cheeseboard or simply enjoyed by the chunk with a sweet glass of red!
✨🧀✨ Next up is the gorgeous Pear and Ginger cheese from ! This non-cultured cashew cheese is the perfect combination of silky smooth, umami cheese, sweet poached pears and candied ginger - if you’re partial to a fruity cheese you will want to try this one!
✨🧀✨ Last but not least is a wedge of “Minerthreat” from , these London based cheese producers specialise in sharp cultured cashew cheeses, and with the addition of activated charcoal and rich Smokey notes this particular cheese is one of my top picks to impress vegans and non vegans alike!

Pimp up your Sprouts! Sweet, savoury, umami and utterly addictive 😍
Ingredients:
🌱Brussel Sprouts
🌱Olive oil
🌱Balsamic Vinegar
🌱Vegan Honea
🌱Pastrami by Sgaia's Vegan Meats
🌱Oh grate by I AM NUT OK
🌱Parsley
🌱Chilli Fakes (optional)
Roast your sprouts with olive oil and salt and pepper. Half way through add Balsamic viengar, Vegan Honea and a dash of Oh Grate. Seperately fry off your 'Pastrami' until crispy. Combine and serve with a sprinkle of Oh grate, Parsley and Chilli Flakes.
