I'm so grateful for all the love and support I've received over the years. I'm especially grateful for my healthy food blog PureKtchn, which has allowed me to share my passion for healthy eating with so many people.
I've learned a lot about myself and about food over the past 42 years. I've learned that I'm stronger than I thought I was, and that I can achieve anything I set my mind to. I've also learned that food is more than just fuel for my body. It's also a way to connect with others, to celebrate special occasions, and to express my creativity. Also it is about safe time if you use our quick mixes.😉
I'm excited to see what the next year brings. I'm planning to continue sharing my healthy food recipes and tips, and I'm also hoping to launch a new cookbook with the healthy recipes and make available our product around the globe. I'm also looking forward to spending more time with my loved ones and making new memories.

- 150g gluten-free self-raising flour
- 4 ripe bananas (plus 1 for that charming decoration)
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 100 ml unsweetened plant-based milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 5 dates
- 100g crushed walnuts

☞METHOD
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C.
2. In a bowl, mash 4 ripe bananas with a fork until smooth. Set aside.
3. Blend milk and dates until silky in a high-speed blender, then combine with the banana mixture.
4. Stir in flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and crushed walnuts until everything's in harmony.
5. Bake at 180°C for around 45 minutes. Your muffins are ready when a toothpick comes out clean from the center.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup gluten-free flour blend
- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1 egg / 1 mashed banana
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh or frozen cherries, pitted and chopped
Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 12-cup muffin tin.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour blend, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
3. In a large bowl, cream together the sugar and coconut oil until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg/banana, then stir in the vanilla extract.
4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, beginning and ending with the dry ingredients. Stir just until combined.
5. Fold in the cherries.
6. Fill the prepared muffin tins about 2/3 full with the batter.
7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
8. Let the muffins cool in the pan for a few minutes before removing them to a wire rack to cool completely.

• 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
• 2 tablespoons of coconut sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

• 1 cup kefir or vegetarian alternative
• 1 egg / 1 banana
• 2 tablespoons melted butter
• 2 ripe bananas, sliced

• 40g sugar
• 3 tbsp cocoa powder

2 In a saucepan, mix together the sugar and cocoa powder, reserving 1 tbsp of cocoa powder for later. Add the milk and stir until smooth.
3 Add the butter to the saucepan and heat on medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture comes to a boil. Remove from heat and let it cool down.
4 In a small bowl, mix the reserved cocoa powder with 1 tbsp of cookie crumbs.
5 Once the mixture has cooled, add it to the cookie crumbs and mix well.
6 Form the mixture into small round or oval shapes and coat them with the cocoa and cookie crumb mixture.
7 Place the treats in the fridge for at least an hour before serving.
