On the eve of the biggest deal of her career, Saskia, an uber-successful property developer runs from the meeting, all the way home down the Grand Union Canal.
Plagued by phone calls and ghosts, she meets a myriad of characters looking to make or break her. She realises, as her shiny life unravels, that she doesn’t know herself anymore or the city she once loved. Can she still save a little piece of it?

The final member of our cast - Nathan Welsh!
Nathan’s previous work includes playing Romeo at the Globe, plus shows at the Orange Tree, Donmar, Chichester Festival Theatre and English Theatre Frankfurt - plus screen work including Trust Me, The Ledge and ITV’s Shetland.
Nathan trained with LAMDA, and has worked with our director .green previously - on Sadness and Joy in the Life of Giraffes at the . His other roles have included work at the Vaults Theatre, Jermyn Street Theatre, Chickenshed and more.
Third up on the cast list, playing Edith Tellmann, is Annabel Leventon!
A stage and screen veteran with a storied carreer, Annabel’s career began with an Actress of the Year nomination for her role in the original cast of Hair! She has performed across film, theatre, television and cabaret, including work with the National, RSC, Old Vic, Apollo and more.
Alongside her performance work, Annabel is also trustee for the Shakespeare Authorship Trust and co-founder of the three-girl rock group Rock Bottom - who provided the inspiration for the BAFTA-winning TV series Rock Follies. Her book The Real Rock Follies, short-listed for the Myslexia Memoir Prize and The Bookseller’s Book of the Week, is being adapted for the stage in 2023.
Our next cast member for - the brilliant Tim Hardy!
Tim’s stage credits include leading roles at the Old Vic, the Lyric and the Royal Court, as well as touring his own one-man show The Trials of Galileo. He also appears in the classic Captain Corelli’s Mandolin, among others, and - continuing the Norwegian theme - played Peer Gynt at the BAC!
With several previous productions to his name, including Days of Cafavy, Hortensia and the Museum of Dreams and Waiting for Godot, he’s also toured many times across the UK and US (including A Pure Woman and several Shakespeare pieces), and directed work at both Vienna and Frankfurt’s English Speaking Theatres. He also teaches on many of the courses.

From playing Chloe Latimer on Broadchurch, to performances at the Birmingham Rep, National Theatre and the Globe (among many others), to major roles in Waterloo Road, Jupiter Ascending and others, Charlotte brings her immense talent to help us bring this Journey to Venice to life ! Her many credits include Blue Heaven at the Finborough, plus The Lovely Bones at Birmingham Rep, Juliet in Romeo and Juliet at the Globe, Three Winters at the National Theatre, films including Jupiter Ascending, Skip Girl, Butterfly Kisses, and The Windmill, and TV roles in Broadchurch, Waterloo Road,, Death in Paradise, Holby City, EastEnders, Midsomer Murders and more.

Edith & Oscar Tellmann's journey finally arrives in the UK from the 28th February! Bjørg Vik’s Ibsen-award winning celebration of fantasy, love, age, and what keeps us living has been staged in the US, Germany, Denmark and more, and recently revived in Norway.
