Set Sundays aside for a sophisticated evening of joyful jazz. End the week with dinner at Charlie’s, accompanied by sultry sounds of the band. From blues to bebop, seasoned saxophonist Greg Davis leads our trio of musicians, creating a delightful aural harmony of notes and syncopated sounds: that’s jazz.

Share a lavish four-course feast and celebrate the Queen's Platinum Jubilee at Charlie’s.
A special Jubilee cocktail sets the jovial tone, followed by caviar over eggs royale and succulent roast lamb, served from our trolley.
Finish with an indulgent pudding for a delicious way to mark the Jubilee.

Now in its twelfth year, this prestigious competition held by the Institute of Hospitality aims to acknowledge and reward the very best in the industry - whether small individual boutique establishments, popular fine-dining sites, or those part of a large food and beverage operation.
After a successful first round where Abigail and the other candidates were tested on their technical skills by a panel of leading industry professionals, she was part of the top 4 managers progressing to the next stage, where she had to demonstrate her restaurant management skills in front of judges and guests, and finally managed to grab the trophy!
