Flex those troubles away. After a 2 month hiatus from the gym I’m back at it. After a very worrying time with Mum being in hospital for 5 weeks my training and self care fell by the wayside. Thankfully Mum is back home safe and sound after a very close call with a burst gall bladder and sepsis. But she’s a fighter 💪🏽💪🏽. Sometimes life can put the brakes on and make you realise how fragile life can be,make you realise what’s important. I learnt to stay strong and trust. I love you with all my heart Mum So proud of your strength and tenacity. Here’s hoping 2023 will be full of health and happiness. So here i am a little weaker physically no doubt but a lot stronger in so many ways. There is so much power in Love and family ❤️ 💙

Working with the fab and to create a range of shots. I would never have imagined I’d be comfortable enough to do an underwear shoot. Thanks Leanne for giving me that confidence.

Well that was 19 weeks of bloody hard work and I could not have done it without the amazing help of . After seeing so many friends achieve extraordinary results with Leanne I thought it was time to see if I could do it. It was daunting and I started out very doubtful that I would be happy enough to go through with a shoot but Leanne was there every step of the way full of encouragement, support and a wealth of knowledge. We found a balance where we didn’t do anything drastic, no crash diets or extreme workouts . Don’t get me wrong it was a lot of blood, sweat and tears. But I always knew I was in safe hands. Actually Leanne helped me completely change my relationship with food and I’ve never eaten more carbs in my life. She made it clear from the start that it’s about a balanced lifestyle change and at the very core of her training it was all about nurture and care. So here’s a few pics from the amazing . Simon was an absolute gent to shoot with. He made the session extremely relaxed and comfortable . Simon and Leanne are the dream team. So from the bottom of my heart a huge thank you to both of you. So happy to be able to make a difference to my clients quality of life. Whether you are working at a desk all day and have constant back pain, or if you are hitting the gym hard and need to get rid of built up tension I can help. For anyone interested I use the Raynor technique. A firm treatment designed to find tension in the body and get rid of it. I work on a number system. So pressure wise if 10 is as much as you can handle, I average about a 7. It’s ok if we hit a 9 or even 10 but we don’t want to stay there, on the other hand there’s also no point in just lingering at a 2 or a 3 as this will barely even remove surface tension. So if this is something you may be interested in give me a shout. Wishing you all a great weekend
