Abby is bringing her signature Nyonya cooking to Broadway Market for one month only with her Assam Pedas Udon. Literally translating to 'sour and spicy', this bowl of udon is packed full of Malaysian flavours with a punchy paste made from lemongrass, kashmiri chilli and belacan (a fermented south east asian shrimp paste). Served with crispy grilled mackerel and all the trimmings Mambow-style, we're talking pineapple, cucumber and even some Vietnamese coriander! All atop our bouncy udon noodles 🫶

On our menu for a limited time, the Açorda is made with a zesty coriander broth, salt cod, peppers and onsen tomago, inspired by Portuguese roots.
