There are a few things. It needs to be
1) Real Beer (Not just look or taste like it),
2) That does what alcohol does (the good bits only),
3) And that you can drink anytime you like (not just on weekends).

To do that, the answer seems pretty clear:
1) Brew real beer properly (not just dilute 5% beers or mix a soft drink),
2) Use some other active ingredients to recreate that feeling,
3) Optimal amounts alcohol (

When was the last time you were told what you're trying to do is impossible?

It's a pretty soul-crushing experience.

Right when we started a year and a bit ago, we asked for help from industry experts about the idea of creating a non-alcoholic beer that gets you (a bit) drunk.

Someone got back with a very detailed response.

While I'm very thankful for them taking the time to send us their thoughts, it didn't make it less painful to hear.

I read the email over and over again - and I just froze.

"What should I do now?"

"Who am I to question someone that has decades more experience than I am?"

"What if this is truly impossible?"

No.

(Excuse) "This is a sample size of one, I've got to get more data."

(Excuse) "What if they're wrong?"

What started as an excuse, it became a driving force of us moving forward and getting to where we are today.

And eventually, this email also became the inspiration for our name, trying to embody the ideal of challenging the limits of possibility. (IMPOSSIBREW®)

So the next time if someone said to you that what you're trying to do is impossible - don't just accept it, own it.
