Of the 6 gender-discrimination cases Ginsburg argued in front of an all-male Supreme Court bench in the 1970s, she won 5. She was the epitome of speaking truth to power where was concerned. An advocate of judicial restraint, she was a force for good taking into consideration always the human factor. She dissented in high profile cases for the right reasons without paying a glance to criticism. This is a reminder for those of us left behind to do better in our own spaces. She will be missed. Sun Protection (or sunblock) is essential for all skin types. The number 1 cause of wrinkles, pigmentation and general ageing skin is sunlight. UVA, UVB, Infrared light. Skin cancer is also primarily caused by sun damage. Always use sunblock and remember to re-apply it. Sunblock also acts as a lovely primer to makeup. Look out for our next post on avoiding the ashy greyed out look by choosing the right sunblock.
