Join our team at MidCo Care as a Live-In Care worker.

You will be based in our Supported Living provision supporting vulnerable adults who have mental health challenges and/or learning and disabilities. Your role will be to support them with day-to-day living tasks and activities at home and in the community, and to offer practical, physical and emotional support. The aim is to improve their quality of life and to help them to live as independently as possible.

Salary: £900/week

After completing 5 days of mandatory training, these newly-recruited Senior Carers are ready to go out into the field and start begin their week of shadow shifts.

The day begins with an induction, led by MidCo Care Hertfordshire's Services Manager Fanuel, where they are introduced to the services and placed under the care of a Team Leader.

A very warm welcome to the first of our January 2022 intake of internationally-recruited Senior Carers.

Our international recruits go through a thorough vetting and application process of up to 6 months to ensure they are fully compliant and meet the high standards we demand of our carers.

They will go through a further 3 weeks or induction,training, i shadowing before going out into the field and beginning the important work of supporting and caring for our vulnerable clients.
