Ricetta 🤌:
- Bring 2 litres of well-salted water to a boil. Add the Orecchiette and cook for 4-5 minutes. Once cooked, drain them and set them aside.
- Sauté the asparagus and set aside.
- Thinly slice the courgettes and grill on both sides.
- Mix everything in a bowl and season with olive oil, lemon zest and pink peppercorn.
