What is Shared Lives?

Shared Lives is a family based model of support for vulnerable adults and young people within the community.

What is the role of the Shared Lives Panel?

The Shared Lives Panel makes evidence-based decisions on whether Shared Lives carer applications can be approved. To enable the panel to make informed decisions, all application and assessment details are shared and reviewed as part of the approval process.

The panel will meet on a quarterly basis for up to half a day and there may be associated documents that will be circulated for you to read prior to the meeting. There may be ad hoc requirements to convene between the regular meetings, for which due notice will be provided.

What roles do we need within Rose Care Services’ Shared Lives Panel?

We are looking to recruit committed individuals to the following voluntary positions:
