Fattoush salad… without the bread (as we didn’t have any to hand)
We played around with locally sourced produce and drizzled it with some Greek olive oil, pomegranate molasses and seasonings 😍 absolutely delicious

We’ve been off social media for a few days enjoying Eid & experimenting with some new foods and flavours 😍
For example, halloumi cooked in garlic olive oil drizzled in a chilli honey dressing.. you guys would definitely love it!
