Secretary Pascual's Message for the 126th Anniversary of the Philippines' Independence 🇵🇭

Congratulations to Kasa and Kin chef Jerome Jorda on his 3rd place finish at the recent Asian and Oriental Chef Awards at the University of West London.

This is the first time a Filipino restaurant was represented in the competition. Chef Jerome championed Filipino flavours with his tuna kinilaw ceviche and adobo beef with coconut cream. He will receive his award at a special ceremony at the UK House of Lords in July.

Congratulations to Mae and Omar of the Maginhawa Group for making it to the shortlist of Restaurateur of the Year at this year’s National Restaurant Awards. We thank you for championing Filipino food and products and we wish you all the best!
