Our chilli oil is going on an adventure and will be at at .to.the.west.uk stall.

I'll be milling around eating all the foods on Wednesday so come say hi ☺👋🏼

We've been serving our Pandan Waffles with vanilla ice cream throughout our pop ups recently.

The waffles are crispy on the outside and chewy mochi like on the inside. It's pandany, connutty and so moreish.

If you have stopped by our pops up at least 1 of the team members are snacking on them (although we have 2 main culprits👀)

Well be announcing more pop up dates soon and some very exciting new later this eve!

Foraged wild garlic pair with lamb, carrots and cumin. We've been looking forward to bringing this back. It's the dumpling that started Dumpling of the Month so super special to us.

🐯🧧 HAPPY LUNAR NEW YEAR EVE 🧧🐯

It's been said that dumplings are eaten during the celebrations as it represents wealth and prosperity.

Meaning more 🥟🥟🥟 more 💰💰💰!

Lunar new year means a few things to me, deep cleaning the whole house before LNY to rid of all the bad luck, watching my mum prepping various foods weeks in advance, incense and food offerings for our ancestors, family gatherings centered around a massive feast and practising my bow to receive my red packets 🧧🧧🧧

We're back for 2022 with a new dish for you!

Bánh patê sô, a Vietnamese savoury puff pastry snack filled with pork, prawns, peas and wood ear mushroom.

It reminds me of waking up on the weekend with the smell wafting in the house. My mum would make a ridiculous amount for friends and family and I was in charge of distributing these out. It was my favourite breakfast bite, after school snack or I'm peckish let me eat this whilst I wait for dinner snack 🙊

We are back! Hope everyone had a lovely Christmas and New Year's.

You can pre-order your dumpling fix from tomorrow at 6 PM on our website. A new dish will be revealed tomorrow, so keep an eye out for that.

Just want to say thank you so much to everyone who has supported us - from buying our food, leaving feedback on Trustpilot and Google (these are so helpful for a small biz), engaging with us on social media to spreading the good dumpling words to the friends and family. We can't say it enough but thank you! It's hard running your own business and all the love and feedback makes it so worthwhile!

Some of you may have noticed for the last few months, Dang's Dumps have been rather quiet and truthfully, it's because I was having a s**t time with my mental health. Depression can be debilitating, and I was paralysed in bed from it. For the most part, I know how to cope and manage it when it happens, but this time around, I could barely function let alone keep Dang's Dumps operating and maintain an online presence. You may have noticed sporadic posts, late reminders and countdowns, and a lack of replies.

I'm slowly going through all your DMs and will get back to you. To those who checked in, I'm so grateful that Dang's Dumps had given me the opportunity to meet such wonderful and caring people.

If you're struggling too, please talk to someone. Either someone you know or professional help. My DMs are always open too so don't feel like you're alone in this 💖
