As you may have heard, 2025 marks a very exciting milestone for us - our 25th birthday! So we will be celebrating it the best way we know how.
Forman's began in 1905 and since then we have been specialising in producing the best smoked salmon in the world (our unbiased opinion of course) so we think it is only right to create a unique cure.

Our Olympic Park honey is made by the wonderful Api:Cultural 200m away from us! Api not only produces raw, artisanal honey, but they also focus on bee conservation and educating their surrounding community about pollinators.

Next week will brings a very special celebration to our Jewish friends - Rosh Hashanah – the Jewish New Year!
Whilst being a time for introspection and renewal, no Jewish celebration happens without a feast and each has its own unique traditions, In Judaism, slices of apple are dipped into honey to represent the wish for a sweet new year and this is usually enjoyed at the start of the festive meal.
Dishes made with either apples or honey have become popular recipes and gifts; so why not try our delicious apple and bramble crumble with some of our lovely raw honey drizzled over the top.
