There’s been a lot of change lately. A new home and new baby means that our catering services are on hold for the time being. Sadly after 8 years we are no longer London based and will now be dishing up our services in West Sussex. Thank-you to all our wonderful clients and supporters over the years.. please watch this space. In the meantime it’s time for some newborn cuddles and to unpack those last boxes! Thank you, Jules xx

Delicious little canapés heading out for some parent nibbles at a child’s birthday party today. Whipped goats cheese and fig tartlets are super delicious and the balance of savoury and sweet is perfect.

Some of the most incredible produce I’ve seen. Just look at these gnarly home grown tomatoes, beautiful and irregular and lumpy and so delicious simply with some sea salt and olive oil. Thank you Mirepoix for making me excited about food again.

Hello Autumn. The best time of year for wonderful British apples these are Cox’s Orange Pippin with just the right amount of acidity for this glorious Tarte Tatin. Set for a very lucky family kindly supporting my business in lockdown. Dark, sticky and perfect with some clotted cream.
