Fridge of Pet Natty? Pet not? Pet-who?

Pét Nats are a very exciting sub-category of sparkling wines.

They are produced via the ancestral method - which only involves one fermentation. The wine is moved from vat into individual bottles while it is still fermenting, and then sealed under a cap. Bubbles are created when carbon dioxide gas (a byproduct of alcoholic fermentation) gets trapped in the wine. The wine is not filtered and no dosage (sugar) is added.

This is why pét-nat is considered more “natural” than other sparkling wine styles, all of which require more human intervention in the process.

Baking it is a must, cut the top off and stuff the bottom with herbs and garlic and voila! You have a delightful sharing dish.

Your main focus will be in providing great customer service, telling customers everything they need to know about our produce. In-depth knowledge of cheese and/or wine is a definite advantage. You will also help to manage the social media accounts.

The Goodness Brewing Company is an independent brewery and taproom set up by five friends in Wood Green, which grew out of a community project to get local people to grow hops and make an annual beer together.
