Cami's new fave recipe inspired by 😍 🍝

INGREDIENTS

235 butter beans*, cooked
2 - 3 garlic cloves, roasted
250g beetroot, cooked
2tbsp tahini*
2tbsp nutritional yeast*
2tsp balsamic vinegar*
500g of your fave Pasta*
1 cup pasta water
salt & pepper*

METHOD

1. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water.
2. Place butter beans, garlic, beetroot, tahini, nutritional yeast, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper into a food processor. When the pasta is almost ready, add the pasta water and process until smooth.
4. Pour the sauce into a pan over medium heat. Add the pasta, mix well and cook until hot.
5. Remove from heat, serve & enjoy!
