MABĂ Coffee Roasters is the home of Bogdan Georgescu, the 2019 World Coffee Roasting Vice-Champion and Romania Roasting Champion.Â
Their story begins in 2020 - Mabo states clearly what is all about: for them, quality always comes first. From the very beginning, the Romanian specialty coffee roaster started its journey with one simple thought in mind: to choose and offer customers the best coffee possible. And this is exactly the way they still operate, carefully selecting only the most interesting beans that follow the specialty coffee âprotocolâ, with coffees that can be easily tracked from the origin to the cup.

Croatia is definitely one of our favourite mediterranean countries, we are so happy to bring their coffee to London! We are in love with the aesthetics of Kava Coffee; all the packaging, colors, and the shop interior and exterior are absolutely stunning.
âThe story of kava includes two people in love, their families, many friends with thoughtful ideas, pinch of childhood memories, a very talented designer, and a spoonful of colour. All of this makes our family a true story. Our cafes are simply named - kava - a Croatian word for coffee.â

About Aliena Coffee
Aliena is not just a coffee brand; it is a fascinating journey through space, time, and our perceptions.
Aliena is a Roman roastery founded on September 2021, but our adventure with specialty coffee began in Melbourne in 2010 and continued in London and Berlin, where we honed our skills in high-caliber roasteries like Allpress (in 2012) and The Barn (in 2014). Then, in 2016, driven by a deep passion for coffee and an insatiable desire for research and exploration in the world of hospitality, we returned home and opened our first coffee shop: Faro.
Every cup of Aliena tells the story of a distant land, its growers, and the traditions that make each harvest unique and every coffee different.
Alienaâs philosophy revolves around the meticulous research and selection of beans. We use exclusively single-origin coffee, handpicked and carefully selected at the place of cultivation. This attention to detail continues at our tasting tables, where each bean is reselected to ensure superior quality.

Terra Coffee Roasters is a small coffee shop located in Esaka near Esaka park, Osaka. The roaster boasts a very light roasting profile, which is quite rarely found in Osaka, aiming to bring out the flavour of the coffee itself.
/ Our coffee is best enjoyed 3 weeks after roasting. After roasting, gases are released, which makes it difficult to bring out the flavour. The best time to drink it is after 3 weeks, but the change in flavour over time is also one of the joys of coffee. /
What we like about our shop most is the warmth of interaction between people. Itâs, perhaps, some rare things that AI cannot replace (yetđ)
We hope that customers coming in would feel welcomed and appreciated while having a good sip of your coffee âïž
Have a lovely week ahead everyone đ€
