Congratulations to one of the loveliest couples, Sam and Emma, on their wedding at Whitstable Castle yesterday.
I loved creating this bohemian style cake for Sam and Emma’s special day. The base tier was a delicious rich fruit cake with a zesty lemon top tier. Both tiers were decorated with marbled, concrete textured sugarpaste and floral bas relief with faux flowers added to the sides. They also had a mix of coffee and walnut cupcakes and vanilla vegan cupcakes for their guests to enjoy.

Congratulations to Samuel and Maisy on your wedding today at the beautiful venue, The Gardens, Yalding. I enjoyed every moment of making this cake for your special day.

I was so happy to be given this order for a very special double celebration of Joseph’s 1st Birthday and Christening. Two double height cakes, one lemon and the other vanilla covered in buttercream and gold leaf.

There will be lots of local businesses selling their amazing home crafted items and there will be fun activities for the children, such as face painting and a Santa’s Grotto (book this very soon as I understand that they only have a few slots left). It’s free entry to the market. Pop along on Sunday and get some of those Christmas gifts checked off the list.

All set up at The White Swan New Ash Green Craft Fairs & Markets Fun Day. Weather is beautiful so pop along!

I will be at this year's first outdoor New Ash Green Fun Day this Sunday at the White Swan. As well as lots of lovely stalls showcasing amazing items for sale by local businesses, there will be a band playing, hot food vendors, rides and games + you can purchase some delicious goodies from my stall. The Fun Day starts at 11am and finishes at 4pm. The weather looks to be great. Come along! I hope to see you there.

A new wedding display cake for my collection. A deep navy blue two tier with a ruffle base and decorated with a delicate O’Hara Rose and gold leaves.

One of my display cakes needed a little TLC as some of the sugar flowers had broken. I took off the sugar flowers and replaced them with these beautiful silk peonies. I don’t usually opt for silk flowers as I love making sugar flowers so much but these were very pretty.
