An absolute delight to eat! 🌹
We glaze our succulent chicken with an aromatic blend of rose petals, smoked paprika and roasted red peppers before skewing them with Padron peppers and tossing them onto the grill to char off beautifully. Then, when served up with a generous helping of smoked paprika aioli, enjoyed greedily by anyone lucky enough to be sitting down. 🍴

Dido Tinto “La Universal” is now on our “artisan winegrowers focus”. It’s a young eco red wine from Montsant (Spain) produced by two big names in Priorat Sara Perez and Rene’ Barbier (son of the famous Priorat pioneer Rene’).
It is a blend in which the predominance of Grenache, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah are evident.
It’s a perfect pairing for our Ibérico Presa 🤤

Final touches before tasting our new octopus dish 😋
Buñuelos! A very indulgent Spanish dessert featuring as a special this week. Deep fried dough stuffed with pistachio, chocolate & lemon ricotta. “Absolutely stunning!!”
Dish of the week: Salt Cod with chestnut mushroom veloute & crispy salsify (also know as the oyster plant). The balance of saltiness and creaminess in this dish is just pure perfection from Chef
Lunch never tasted so good as this gorgeous salmon! Cured with Spanish gin & juniper and served with horseraddish crème fraiche & marinated beetroot. Pair with a glass of Albariño and you have a winner!
The Iberico Presa in all it’s glory! A signature cut of pork from the shoulder loin served medium rare. We can do this because the Iberico pigs have a diet of acorns which releases special proteins in the meat. Chef is serving it up with crispy shallots & mojo rojo (a Spanish red sauce made from piquillo peppers). Delicioso!!
Season’s are changing, and so is our menu! Come and try some delicious additions like this one by Chef . Octopus a la plancha with arroz negro & saffron alioli !

When a table of two orders six courgette flowers between them 🤩!! One of our signature dishes - a true balance of crispiness, savoury & sweet. Who knows what they are stuffed with?
To all the fish lovers out there! Roasted salt cod with sun blushed tomato borlotti beans & fennel remoulade. Delicious!!

Our Story
Dehesa opened in January 2008 and is the sister restaurant to Salt Yard in Fitzrovia, Opera Tavern in Covent Garden and Ember Yard in Soho, offering sharing dishes served in a relaxed environment.
Dehesa is the unique woodland area in Spain which is home to the black-footed Ibérico pigs - said to produce the best ham in the world.
Similar our sister restaurants - Salt Yard, Opera Tavern and Ember Yard - we serve Spanish and Italian inspired sharing dishes in a relaxed environment.
It is a lovely corner site with beautiful bay windows and a reclaimed oak parquet floor. It offers a mix of communal and individual seating.
There is a decadent private dining room for wine tastings and private dinner parties.
