Have you noticed the variety of pasta shapes we have on our menu? Each one is either hand-rolled or hand-extruded by our team in the morning using high-quality semolina. ⁠

The choice of the pasta shape depends on the sauce the plate is served with. Textured pasta is great for a sauce that needs to be ‘held’ while spaghetti is better with a sauce it can ‘sit in’.⁠

During ’s hit TV series ‘Searching For Italy’ he came across a regional Italian dish from the Amalfi Coast called Spaghetti alla Nerano. It fast became his favourite and something he was known to recreate at home.
