🤰🏻 Take regular breaks (especially if working sitting down by a computer). Sitting down for prolonged periods can cause swelling in your feet so it’s good to get up and walk around frequently.

🤰🏽Don’t forget it’s your right to attend antenatal appointments whilst at work.

🤰🏿Drink plenty of fluids throughout the day.

🤰🏼Have snacks to hand

🤰🏻Ensure your line manager does a risk assessment.

🤰🏽Don’t forget to monitor baby’s movements.
