A typical pairing from northern Italy, where creamy, mild stracchino cheese meets deliciously sticky caramelised figs. Together, they create a delightful balance of flavours - rich, yet perfectly salty & sweet.

Persimmon season has started and we could not be more excited! During the autumn and winter months persimmon sorbet becomes a permanent feature on our menu whilst the season lasts. Naturally sweet and fibrous, the incredible soft, sticky flesh and subtle perfume of these Italian Cachi fruits makes this sorbet so unique.

Pair it with a scoop of our harvest flavours like Torta di Mele (Italian spiced apple pie), Pear and Ricotta, Stracchino & Caramelised Fig, or Roasted Pumpkin & Amaretti.

Ciao gelato lovers 👋 We will be temporarily closed from Monday 15th for a short while. We're expanding our seating and adding some colour too, so when you visit us when we reopen, our gelateria will feel a little more Gelupo. Plus, we're going cashless! This will streamline our service and help our queue move along quicker this summer :)

Come by this week before we close on Monday - and if you're unable to stop by, place an order online to keep you satisfied in the meantime!

Wonderful to see gelato mentor, Gianni Figliomeni of yesterday. It was under Gianni’s guidance and wisdom that Jacob honed his skills in the art of Italian gelato all those years ago. Gianni’s expertise and philosophy continue to be the driving inspiration behind Gelupo, where the joyous essence of the ingredients truly come to life in the gelati.
